The most exiting easy tool to stress

What is the most exiting easy tool to stress/ anxiety/ irritable bowel syndrome/ long term pain with no organic cause / headaches with no organic cause/ migranes / fibromyalgia.

MINDFULNESS

It is unfortunate that many people that needed have stigma and some false beliefs about mindfulness. It has been used since the 9 century in china and at the beginning of this century.
On reading about people that started practicing 50-60y ago you had to go to tibet of india and other countries to practice but now is very much used in the west and is tought world wide.

Why mindfulness? scientific studies have been done and approved the affect on the mind densite, connections, brain structures and pain threshold.

Is is recommended that 10min everyday is better than 1h once week. Is like a gym for the mind , the same way you train you body. It is great tool to develop emotional intelligence, to feel the anger and not react, to feel the pain and not shout, to feel the guilt and not scream. Mindfulness help to develop the awareness of the feelings and the intention to feel without reacting. remember pain is unevitable but suffering is optional.

Th new tool that i came across to help with mindfulness breathing is Biofeedback tools. This can be used in the computer, on the android phones to help you learns how to breath.
What how to breath?
Yes i spelled that correctly to learn how to breath properly so the lungs and head get the maximum oxygen and you get the maximum benefit.

If you are stressed, on the edge most of the time, not happy how things are and want a change give this a try it has the potential to change your life for good.

Start small and escalate, it takes 66 days to form a habit. so everyday start with 5min just breathing. You can find help with biofeedback apps for free to teach you how to breath and then look at mindfulness guided or not your own , you will be amazed at the results.

To reach to happiness are many ways for different people but appreciating what you have and living your days mindfully is a sure way, because whatever happens and whoever comes your ways will not be able to disturb your inner peace, and inner peace is something worth living for.

Have fun and be happy
