I know many people that when i talk about happiness think it as an thing up there is the sky that is unreachable and undescribable, unmeasurable, but we can assess depression and now we can assess happiness.
These great movies will give you another perspective. We get affected more by our emotions and these information stick to our minds easier if it comes through emotions.
1. The first film on the list is from Tom Shadyak, known for his comedy films like Bruce Almighty and The Nutty Professor, directed I AM The Documentary inspired by a personally difficult stretch in his life. They started the journey with asking "What is wrong with our world " and found so many things that are right.
2. Roko Belic directed the second film on the list, Happy, which also describes an inquiring journey around the world - in search of peoples' definitions of happiness, evidence about where, how, and from what happiness is most reliably derived, and found.
3. Hector and the Search for Happiness, headlined by comedic actor Simon Pegg. This popular film is not explicitly scientific, is feature length, and in a lightweight yet moving way, depicts a person's deep and international inquiry into the real sources of happiness.
See and enjoy and let me know which one is you favourite one
Be happy and calm.
