Today was a difficult day.
To avoid a online annoying training at work I opted in for class training about children safeguarding.
I have done other training before and I have to say on is online you read and do question to assess your comprehension is not the same as A passionate person explains difficult situation of children, women and men abuse.
People more likely abuse are the ones that had not known love them selves, they don't know how to cope with anger, frustration , boredom, challenges and leash on other people that are close to them.
I waked out of the room with headache, is hard to see statistics that women still get abused, 2 women a week in UK get killed each week because of that. 1 child a week dies due to abuse and is worse before they start school when they are not watched.
Why it affected me is because i had a friend that was in the same circumstances and I did not know what advise to give her some years ago.
The only solution I could figure out in my head , coming from a Massive learned Helplessness culture in albania was either leave him or endure/ignore.
We like to think we make our own decision, we know what we want and we know how to get it. Reading on the book " the compassionate mind " by a famous psychiatrist Gilbert. He reports that We are a mixture of genes by our parents, a mixture of experiences that mostly are given to us and totally dependent until 18 in most countries.
Unless you wake up and take change of your experiences, decisions you make will verge in an undesired direction for you and people around you.
I was thinking how come I did not think that she could report her abuser, we like in UK now not albania, there is HELP outside your walls, there are services that will be there for you and find the best solution for you and your children's.
Abuse is physical ( we all know about that ),
psychological,
emotional abuse ( is not wright to be put under with words by your partner, family member, you be made feel worthless, to be treated like a maid, to have no rights what is happening at home).
finantial,
Luckily my friend found a good solution, she says but everytime i think of it , i can't help my self but wander is things will have been better if we were more informed.
Is not wright to give your children's a violent father, you need to show your children's that you don't agree with what is happening that you are a fighter and you want them to be a fighter for what they think is right.
If you stop and endure what is not right and violates your liberty and health the experience of life that your children's get will be distorted.
By reporting these people you are giving them a chance too, maybe they need police to show them what is right. Maybe they need social services pressure to show that although they life must have been unpleasant, horrible and they don't know how to deal with their emotion or how to articulate them, is not right for they to lash out on an innocent person.
If you know somebody that is in the same circumstances give them information, give them all the information you know. Social services, police, NSPCC for children, your doctor, nurse, midwife.
Seek help, ask , ask , ask until you get it.
Don't become a statistic.
Your Life is precious.

quotes and poetry of the day
“Human beings, who are almost unique in having the ability to learn from the experience of others, are also remarkable for their apparent disinclination to do so.”
― Douglas Adams, Last Chance to SeeDignity
1. The moment you realize that the person you cared for has nothing intellectually or spiritually to offer you, but a headache.
2. The moment you realize God had greater plans for you that don’t involve crying at night or sad Pinterest quotes.
3. The moment you stop comparing yourself to others because it undermines your worth, education and your parent’s wisdom.
4. The moment you live your dreams, not because of what it will prove or get you, but because that is all you want to do. People’s opinions don’t matter.
5. The moment you realize that no one is your enemy, except yourself.
6. The moment you realize that you can have everything you want in life. However, it takes timing, the right heart, the right actions, the right passion and a willingness to risk it all. If it is not yours, it is because you really didn’t want it, need it or God prevented it.
7. The moment you realize the ghost of your ancestors stood between you and the person you loved. They really don't want you mucking up the family line with someone that acts anything less than honorable.
8. The moment you realize that happiness was never about getting a person. They are only a helpmate towards achieving your life mission.
9. The moment you believe that love is not about losing or winning. It is just a few moments in time, followed by an eternity of situations to grow from.
10. The moment you realize that you were always the right person. Only ignorant people walk away from greatness."
