On my pursuit to happiness and my hour of power I come across the book Happier by T.Ben-shahar and among numerous tips he provides i chose 3 tips for happiness
1. change the question to How can I be happier?
- 2. build 1 ritual to empower your self. Like meditate for 5 min every day, or read 10 pages of a good book a day, or run for xkm a day. Once you build one the ripple effect is amazing you will be addicted to build another one and another one but stick to max 2 at one given time. enjoy the process.
- 3. write everyday 5 things you are grateful for, better in paper than in your mind.
