On the quest to improve my life in all aspect health, wealth, relationship I am looking for all the help I can get , from people that have done the reseach , know the people that have already acheived and are livig the good LIFE.
One peace of information I got from one of Tony Robbins seminar is that question guide our life.
And I started digging for my question , what has brought me to where i am?
Many people will say , is the circumstaces, is the people you met, is the family support and I will say is what i believed it I well.
After 5montsh of reading, digging into the past I know is the DECISIONS i made is the CHOICES i made so far that brought me where I am.
Some questions are powerful and empower you but some uncounscious bad one with make you unhappy .
One example is - How do i get everybody to like me ? or If I do this people want like me.
is very disempowering as, what ever you do you can't make everybody you meet to like you. Some people can't bring to like them selves never mind you.
another example- Am I beeing the best mum? girlfriend? wife? husband? This make people self-esteem and self-worth low and question everything and beeing open to all kind of influences with all the good intention in ind but practicelly to no ones benefit.
an example- How do i survive? Look how different it is from How do I thrive? How different these 2 people will have their time spending, their thought directions, their relationships???
My one up to 1y ago was how to have more money and i had a figure in mind. after I passed the figure and the happiness was not there waiting for me i started digging around to find another one.
That is the beauty of it you can change your questions, your beliefs, your knowledge, your experinces but you have to go and find them , look for them.
My new question is how to make my life better? No just finantially but emotionally, spiritually and have a great health on top of that.
What is your question? Do you know what wake you up in the morning and make you do what you do? do you make plans or manage everyday crisis?
I like to hear from you.
