Are you Happy ???

How often do you come across people that have it all and are not happy?

And I wonder , why is that ?

What are you expecting to happen to be happy?

Do you know when you are going to be happy, what is that going to look like?

Have you done a list of the things that need to happen for you to be happy?

Some people say,
"I will be happy when i feel better",
"when i have more money"
"when my childrens behave"
"when things go back to normality"
"when I find the love of my life "
"when I buy a bigger house"
and other like this.

What we are chasing are not material things but feelings. We make some rules in our head that some things need to happen for us to find peace.

Before I started my journey of self development, i would have thought this are normal now after reading many books and seminar and lectures I can see many problems with this request.

 They make the people powerless in search of something, that is outside, unclear, undetermined that will probably confuse you to the point that you don't realise when you see it or have it.

Every day I make the decision to be positive, to not let things outside my influence to affect me.

I made the decision to be happy, if I wake up and I am alive and have a big smile on my face.

And if you need help to increase you vibrations, your energy and have a big smile in your face start with a

1. rhythmic song

2. prepare a detox smoothie.

3. Think how you are going to take care of your body, mind and your spirit.

Body need food , exercise , rest and sleep.

Mind need direction, information and meditation

Spirit need healthy relationship,  relax , constructive communication and a vision.

When the balance is not maintained , there is stress, fear and unhappiness.
